Visualization works at least for parking spaces. Let me explain. Beth and I enjoy our special time at Barnes and Noble. It’s always crowded and there never is any parking available. Quite by mistake I started to say to Beth today we'll have a parking space right up front. To my surprise we parked just where I thought we'd park. I considered this lucky. Next time I put the same intentions out and visualized it with the same results. And this has happened over and over. It’s somewhat of a joke for us. Now I don't even think about it I expect it. I'll say that again “I expect it”. This is a perfect example of the law of attraction. When we saw the movie “The Secret” David Schirmer told how he had the same benefits of visualization with parking spaces as I do. We now know it's not luck it's what he expects.
My mom lives in assisted living complex and plays bingo all the time. She speaks of this lady she’s friends with who plans on winning a couple games each outing and does. This lady probably doesn't know how she’s doing this but she is putting out the intention using the law of attraction. She expects to win. Everyone knows she'll win and calls her lucky. My daughter says she’ bad at math and guess – what she is. She put the intentions out to the universe and the universe says “your wish is my command”. Just be careful what you ask for, for you actually might get it. As Wallace Wattles says “I can form things in my thought, and by impressing my thoughts upon formless substance (energy), can cause the thing I think about to be created”. This is from the book “The Science of Getting Rich” which the movie “The Secret” was based on.
Now that I've finished Law of Attraction 101, with Parking being my project, I've advanced on to Law of Attraction 201 and am applying it to My Day. It works the same way, it’s the same principle: visualize it and expect it. I now think my day in advance and expect it. Okay, it sometimes doesn't go exactly how I thought, but certainly happens more often than not.
This is a great passage by Prentice Mulford that says it better than I have, even if she wrote it in 1870.
"When you say to yourself, ‘I am going to have a pleasant visit or a pleasant journey,’ you are literally sending elements and forces ahead of your body that will arrange things to make your visit or journey pleasant. When before the visit or the journey or the shopping trip you are in a bad humor, or fearful or apprehensive of something unpleasant, you are sending unseen agencies ahead of you which will make some kind of unpleasantness. Our thoughts, or in other words, our state of mind, is ever at work ‘fixing up’ things good or bad in advance."
Okay, you say this is woo-woo. Yep, I was right there with you a while back. Hey, try this simple parking space visualization exercise and then move on. Don't give up. Learn visualization and you’ll be surprised at the results. I was.

The Law of Attraction, visualization, creating positive vibrations and the such is fact. It is truth. I know it for sure. I now use it every day in my life and forever see results. I wish I had known this sooner for I would have had a much happier and easier younger life
I moved up to an area that I didn’t think I would like. I put all my energy and effort into telling everyone what I imagined the move and my time there would be like. Surprise, surprise, I was surprised how accurate my images were to the real situation. Now, after thinking it through, I think most of this came to me because I imagined that it would. So if my visualisations can work like that (and it hasn’t helped me at all), I’m now starting to do it the other way around. I am actually looking forward to the things that I know will be good. I’ll keep you updated but I reckon no, I expect my time in this area will change and it will be a whole lot better.
