About Us

We believe the movie “The Secret” is so popular today because people have forgotten to believe in possibilities. This movie has brought reminded us of the world we believed in when we were kids.

We believe that people are basically good. People have value and are worthy simply because they exist. All people are born deserving to succeed in life being the best they can be. All people can do great things, even if that great thing is taking care of your family well or growing great dahlias, if that is their desire in life. No goal is too small or too large if it is what you really want to do. And, even though we forget it several times every day, we believe that every person we look at is a mirror of ourselves.

We're not talented writers or clever philosophers or great success gurus. Our blog isn't intended to be a deep study course in the Law of Attraction.

Not enough people get the encouragement they need to go forward. Not enough people get reminders when they need them to get back to the basics on the way to their goals. We've always told our children they can accomplish anything if they truly want to. We tell our friends the same thing when they get discouraged.

The general tone of the media and press, and, unfortunately, many of the people around us is negative and limiting. Sometimes it’s difficult to stay positive and focused when your vision is different from that of everyone around you. People love to have everyone stay at the same level they're at. Someone who tries to change is often looked at with suspicion or irritation. They may try to keep you from breaking out of your rut or they may try to discourage you.

So, with Law of Attraction Simplified, we want to:

• Encourage you to be the best you can be
• Encourage you to dream
• Encourage you to know that you can do be or have almost everything (okay, I'm never going to be as tall as our daughter who is 4" taller than I am except by standing on a stool)
• Encourage you to go after your goals and to keep on even when you get discouraged and other people are tired of hearing about your efforts

On the other hand, we want you to:

• Go for the stars but use some common sense and keep your feet on the ground while going after those goals
• Remember the basics, just in case you forget or step a bit off track
• Pursue the big goal but don't forget to keep the physical, mental, spiritual, financial, relationships areas of life in balance
• Remember that, yes, extraordinary things can happen for ordinary people. And really, you aren't ordinary after all and that you deserve to succeed

So our purpose here is twofold. Our job is to encourage you when you are doubting yourself or having a rough time staying on track. It's also, as our website name says, to keep the Law of Attraction simple, keep it down to basics, and to make sure there is a heavy dose of common sense and honesty with our information.

If you are looking for the Law of Attraction in depth, this isn't the place to find it. If you are an expert at using the law of attraction to create your own life as you want it, you won't find much of anything new here, so add your comments and help bring others along with you on the road to success.
