The use of the Volkswagen was just to give you an example that you could actively visualize. What I was trying to point out was that opportunities are everywhere but, because we aren't looking, we believe they aren't there. Once we begin looking for Volkswagens, opportunities, whatever, we will be surprised at how many out there and how many of them we could actually take advantage of.

I don't understand this. If I haven't been thinking about a certain brand or type of car and you ask me how many of them were there on the streets I wouldn't have an answer but I would spend the next several days looking out for and noticing that specific car all over the city. Is that what you are saying? Is this the law of attraction? How? I am not attracting any car, am I? I am just more sensitized to the fact that such cars exist and so I only notice them. That's all. It's not like I am going to miraculously own one of them, am I? So your example isn't really the law of attraction - it's really the law of.. I don't know.. the law of noticing. Whatever. You just want to see and so you are seeing. That's true. That's a law. But there is no attraction here. The cars still belong to their old owners, don't they?
