We Live In a Negative World

How many times in a day do you find yourself thinking negatively?  You know what I mean.  If it’s not bad enough we consciously and subconsciously think this way all day but to have it reinforced with local and world news. What’s a guy or gal to do!  To add more fuel to the fire it seems the norm to wallow in your family or friends' misfortunes.  So am I any different. Well, no, but I have consciously made a pack with myself that when I get this way I immediately recite a positive affirmation putting me in a different vibration.  You know you can only feel one vibration at a time, so the choice is yours.  I also have turned off the news. I like background noise and I would use the news for that. It’s no wonder I felt so negative.  The news has been replaced with positive music and audios. (and sometimes the Food Network)

law of attraction momentum If things aren’t bad enough, we manage to sabotage ourselves thinking that we’re not good enough.  I’m not smart enough.  I don’t have the credentials.  Why is everyone else making money on the Internet and I’m not (Ouch).  Well I’m sure you have your own list of ‘I don’t and I’m not’.  So how do we get past this?  First we have to believe in ourselves.  Start with small successes.  Have you heard the saying ‘how do you eat an elephant?'  Well, its one bit at a time. These successes will breed larger successes.  You get on the law of attraction momentum train.  For example if need to lose a couple of pounds it seems the hardest part is starting.  And when you have a lot to lose the task seems insurmountable.  But once you’ve committed and noticed you’ve lost a few pounds and have gotten a few positive compliments, it seems much easier to continue.  These positive statements fuel the law of attraction.  

So now that you're in a positive mindset, it's time to get going and take action or get back to your action steps that you were taking a break from.  Next time I'm going to begin telling you about some great tools I use that can help you take action, to keep you on track, and to speed you along in the achievement of your goals.

- I’m the best.
- I can do it.
- I’m the winner.
